GDPR & Privacy Tools

GDPR is a European regulation that provides you (email subscriber, customer, former customer) a new set of rules concerning how you give your unambiguous, free, aware consent.
GDPR will be live on May, 25th 2018 and this regulation is MANDATORY as soon as the business in based in Europe (I’m in France) and/or I do have a European customer in my email list.
How will Maverick Muse ask for your consent from May, 25th 2018?
Bear with me on this one, it’s a big announcement.
From May, 25th 2018, when you’re interested in one freebie, gift, or any other opportunity:
- you’ll have to provide your first name and email
- if you’ve registered for a freebie and/or a coupon code, you’ll get immediately access to it
BUT AT THAT POINT, YOU ARE NOT A SUBSCRIBER WHICH MEANS YOU’LL NEVER HEAR FROM MAVERICK MUSE UNTIL:
- you go back to your email box and click on the confirmation email
If you don’t provide a real email address, you won’t get the confirmation email and you won’t get any of the exclusive content, nor any early bird specials we are releasing to our Members only.
